Description:

The UNIVERSEH Team invites you to participate in a one-hour online session with a Policy Officer from the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Education, Youth, Sport and Culture (DG EAC) to explore the “Union of Skills” initiative and its connection with UNIVERSEH. This is a unique opportunity to learn about the EU’s strategic vision for education, including continuing education and lifelong learning, and to discuss potential collaborations with UNIVERSEH and its stakeholder community.

2. PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

The personal data requested are your first name, last name, email address, the name of your affiliated institution or organization, and your role or position.

 

3. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS

Your personal data is processed in order to manage your registration and participation in the event.

In addition, we will use your contact details to send you information about future events and news from UNIVERSEH, if you agree to this by clicking the checkbox below.

The legal basis for our processing of your personal data is your consent (article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

 

4. RETENTION PERIOD

Data will be retained for no longer than 6 (six) months after the end of the event, unless required otherwise by legal or administrative obligations.

If you agree to receive further communications from us, your contact data may be kept for up to three (3) years after your last interaction with us, in accordance with CNIL guidelines.

 

5. WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH?

Your personal data are accessible only to authorised staff of ISAE-SUPAERO involved in organising the event.

Where necessary, data may also be shared with technical service providers strictly for the purpose of the event’s organisation and follow-up.

Your data will not be disclosed to any other third parties.

 

6. TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE EU

Your personal data is held on the servers of ISAE-SUPAERO in France. For the use of the videoconferencing app Zoom, data is processed in the EU, as part of Zoom EU geolocalisation.

 

7. YOUR DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS

You have the rights to request:

  • Access to your personal data and information about our processing of it (“right of access”),
  • To correct or complete your personal data if it is inaccurate (“right of rectification”),
