DATA PROTECTION NOTICE

 

1. WHO IS THE DATA CONTROLLER?

2. PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

The personal data requested are your first name, last name, email address, the name and logo of your affiliated institution or organization, and your role or position and opportunities you want to showcase to UNIVERSEH's students.

 

3. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS

Your personal data is processed in order to manage your registration and participation in the event.

In addition, we will use your contact details to send you information about future events and news from ISAE-SUPAERO, if you agree to this by clicking the checkbox below.

The legal basis for our processing of your personal data is your consent (article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

 

4. RETENTION PERIOD

If you agree to register to our newsletter, your contact data may be kept for up to three (3) years after your last interaction with us, in accordance with CNIL guidelines.

 

5. WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH?

Your personal data are accessible to authorised staff of UNIVERSEH consortium of universities acting jointly (partners listed at https://universeh.eu/). 

 

 

6. TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE EU

Your personal data is held on the servers of ISAE-SUPAERO in France and Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf in Germany, both part of UNIVERSEH consortium of universities.

 

7. YOUR DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS

You have the rights to request:

  • Access to your personal data and information about our processing of it (“right of access”),
  • To correct or complete your personal data if it is inaccurate (“right of rectification”),
  • The erasure of your personal data (“right to erasure” or “right to be forgotten”),
  • A restriction on the processing of your personal data (“right to restriction”),
  • The right to object to the processing of your personal data (“right to object”),
  • The right to request your personal data in a usable electronic format and/or the transmission of this data to another organisation (“right to data portability”),
