UNIVERSEH Mentoring Programme - Application Form

Launch your career in Space and apply to the UNIVERSEH Mentoring Programme!

 

The UNIVERSEH Interdisciplinary Mentoring programme supports students interested in the space sector by connecting them to experienced and European mentors from Industry and academia, helping students to develop skills, explore career opportunities and reach professional ambitions.

 

  • The programme will run from October 2026 until the end of October 2027.
  • Open to students from all disciplines, from Bachelor’s (1st year) to PhD level, enrolled in UNIVERSEH partner universities, who wish to explore or develop a career in space-related fields. This programme aims to bring together participants from various space-related fields, fostering an interdisciplinary approach.
  • Each mentor–mentee pair will complete 9 to 12 mentoring sessions (45–90 minutes each), which can be held online, in person, or in hybrid format.
  • Submitting the application form does not guarantee participation in the Program due to the limited number of places.
  • Application deadline: October 20th - 23:59

The personal data requested are your first name, last name, email address, the name of your affiliated university, field of study, current involvement into entreureuneurship activities, prefered space disciplines for future career, expected knowledges & guidance, mentors prefrences, 

 

3. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS

Your personal data is processed in order to manage your registration and participation in the event.

In addition, we will use your contact details to send you information about future events and news from ISAE-SUPAERO, if you agree to this by clicking the checkbox below.

The legal basis for our processing of your personal data is your consent (article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

 

4. RETENTION PERIOD

If you agree to complete this form, your contact data may be kept for up to three (3) years after your last interaction with us, in accordance with CNIL guidelines.

 

5. WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH?

Your personal data are accessible to authorised staff of UNIVERSEH consortium of universities acting jointly (partners listed at https://universeh.eu/). 

 

 

6. TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE EU

Your personal data is held on the servers of ISAE-SUPAERO in France part of UNIVERSEH consortium of universities. Your personal data are accessible to authorised staff of UNIVERSEH consortium of universities acting jointly (partners listed at https://universeh.eu/). 

 

7. YOUR DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS

You have the rights to request:
